Service Description
• 2 classes per week for 5 weeks • 10 total 30-minute lessons • Enrollment may be used for one child or shared between two siblings. *If shared, one child would attend on Tuesdays and the other on Thursdays* Please note: This is not a semi-private lesson. Each child attends their own scheduled class and receives instruction individually during their assigned session.

Cancellation Policy
When you book lessons with 'Streamline Teams LLC' you will receive two documents via docusign that are required to be signed prior to the start of lessons. One is a liability participation waiver, the second is a makeup lesson policy. BOTH must be signed before the start of your child's lessons. In the event you do not complete them, no refunds will be given and your child will not be permitted to participate. You will be required to complete each document for every enrolled swimmer if you have more than one child attending. These documents are not automatically generated, you will receive them from us within 7 business days of booking lessons.
