Cancellation Policy

Friday's are scheduled makeup days. If we encounter bad weather, your lesson will be moved to Friday the same week at the same time your class was booked originally. If you are scheduled for a class and do not show up, you will not be refunded for the portion of the lessons package that you miss. When you book sessions with Streamline Teams, you are billed for them upfront and no portion of that will be refunded if you don't attend the classes you signed up for. Under extreme circumstances, you can contact us to discuss rescheduling a missed lesson at our discretion with at minimum 48 hours notice. Thank you, Streamline Teams
